Performer Call out
PWG are seeking highly skilled and talented puppeteers and/or physical performers to form part of a core team to a variety of events and festivals.
Ideally you will have several years experience working professionally either as a puppeteer or a physical performer. You will have a strong grasp of movement, be able to pick up choreography quickly, and be just as comfortable acting from a script as you are animating an object or engaging with audiences. We are looking for team players with a passion for making great creative work, a willingness to work hard, an enthusiasm for touring to new and interesting locations and a great sense of humour. This is a physically demanding role bringing to life large and weighty puppets, in a variety of outdoor events, festivals and public spaces. Due to this, we are seeking physically fit performers with good core strength.
All performers will be contracted according to ITC rates.
